Why am I here?

This is the the welcome page for the User's Guide, which is an integral part of the ComplianceMate Support System. This guide is designed to help you get the most out of your organization's implementation of the ComplianceMate solution.

You landed on this page because you are someone who is responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring and/or managing the ComplianceMate system but it has been determined you do not have access to the Advanced version of this guide.

There are two versions of this guide:

1. A How-To version that consists of articles intended for those who carry out their day-to-day functions using ComplianceMate. For most users, this is all that is needed.
2. An Advanced version for those who will be involved in the installation and maintenance of equipment, as well as the configuration and management of the complete ComplianceMate solution.

To access the Advanced version of this guide, you will need to register with ComplianceMate Support and then sign in using the credentials you define. Note that these credentials are different than those you may have for accessing the Server App.

What's Next?

Once you have your account and/or you have signed in, proceed as follows:

• If you are working on an onboarding activity, such as installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting equipment at a physical location, then you will want to go to the Onboarding section of the User's Guide for more information.
• If you are working on configuring, managing or maintaining the ComplianceMate solution for your organization, then you will want to go to the Configure and Manage the CM Solution section of the User's Guide for more information.
• For all other activities, proceed to the User's Guide home page.
