The ComplianceMate Dashboard is the page you land on when you start the Mobile App. It is a simplified presentation of the data collected for a specific day from the location where the tablet is registered.
Standard Mode vs Kiosk Mode
The default view is called Standard Mode, which is an interactive presentation of that data that let's you view Highlights, Sensor data, and List Completion status, as well as adjust the date range you are viewing. Many of the elements of the screen are links to more detailed information:
Kiosk Mode is an non-interactive alternate presentation of the Dashboard and is limited to showing statistical information and sensor charts. It is accessed by tapping the Kiosk Model link at the top of Dashboard and is only available of the monitor you are using has a 16/9 aspect ratio.
If you tap Kiosk Mode while working in the Mobile App, you will see the following message:
To return to the Dashboard, tap Standard Mode.

Active Date
The image presented is for a single day:
- Today is the default, and presents information for the current date
- Yesterday presents information for the previous 24-hour period
- Custom is a date you choose to display from the pop-up calendar:
When you change the date, the information presented is refreshed to show the information for that date.
Sections
Standard Mode is divided into three sections:
- Highlights are cards that show statistical information for the functionality you organization has enabled, and provides links to relative statistical reports:
- List Completion
- Corrective Actions/Anomalies from lists
- Current Device Alerts
- Current Inactive Devices
- Sensors are cards that show information for each sensor if the temperature monitoring system is enabled, and provides links to relative statistical reports
- List Completions show the status of available lists in each of the following categories, and provide links to answers collected on the active date for each list:
- Required Lists
- Non-Required Lists
- Reusable Lists
Refresh
The data displayed on the Dashboard is automatically refreshed every 5 minutes, but can be refreshed manually by tapping on the refresh button located in the upper right corner of the page:
Navigating Back to the Dashboard
As you work in the Mobile App, you will navigate to other functions by tapping the Mobile App menu icon and then choosing the function from the menu that appears. You can return to the Dashboard at anytime by tapping Dashboard on the Mobile App menu.
If you are on one of the Dashboard pages, such as Statistics, Reports, Notifications, or Support, you can return to the Dashboard by tapping the 3-line icon on the right side of the navigation bar, and choosing Dashboard from the drop-down menu:
