Introducing the Messaging Module

Messaging is an optional module in ComplianceMate that can be enabled for your organization.  It has components in both the Server App and Mobile App:

• Using the Server App, you can:
  • Send messages to one or more locations from a group you are associated with.
  • View all messages that have been sent from or through a group you are associated with.
  • View which locations received a message, as well as view which locations have acknowledged and/or responded to the message and which locations have not.
  • View all messages sent to a location.
  • Acknowledge and/or respond to a message sent to a location.
• Using the Mobile App, you can:
  • View messages received at the location that have not been acknowledged or responded to by the location.
  • Acknowledge and/or respond to a message sent to the location.

By default, the Messaging module is not enabled. If you want to enable the Messaging module for your organization, contact ComplianceMate Support.

In addition to enabling the Messaging module, you will need to make sure that your user account has the necessary permissions to access the module. Consult with your system administrator or ComplianceMate Support to make sure your account can access the appropriate Messaging functions.
