To view a list of those who are current receiving auto-generated report for each type of report at a location, carry out the following:
- On the Reports menu, choose Report Recipients. The Report Recipients page appears:
- If your active workspace is a group, you will need to select a location from the group or one of its child groups and then click Go:

- Scroll down the list to view all reports for the location:
- For each report, a list of users appears with their name, email address, and job role.
- If there is only an email address, it means this person was manually added to the report based on their email address.
- If there is a name missing that you know, for sure, should be on the list, it means one of the following:
- The person has opted out of receiving generated reports.
- The person is currently in Vacation Mode and their alternate is receiving reports.
- The person's job role has changed to one that is not included in the report recipients.
- The person's home group or location has changed, and they are no longer included in the report recipients.
- For each report, a list of users appears with their name, email address, and job role.
