Working with Sensor and Checklist Highlights

  • Updated

The top section of the Server App Dashboard contains system Highlights in the form of cards. The data that appears on the cards depends on the active workspace:

  • If the active workspace is a location, the numbers are for that location.
  • If the active workspace is a group, the numbers are for all locations in that group and its child groups.

There are two basic sets of cards in ComplianceMate:

  • Sensors
  • Checklists

Sensors

These cards appear on the Dashboard if your organization has implemented the Temperature Monitoring System:

The Current Device Alerts card provides the following:

  • A count showing the number of device alerts:
    • If Today is the active date, then this is the count for the past 24 hours.
    • If Yesterday or a Custom is the active date, then it is the total for that date.
  • A comparison to the total count from the previous day.
  • A link to View Device Incident Report in Statistics > Sensors.
  • A Summary, visible when you click the drop-down arrow, lists information as follows:
    • For an active location, this is a list of sensors that have triggered alerts at that location.
    • For an active group, this the same count as is on the card.
    • A sensor is only listed or counted once, even if it triggered multiple alerts.

The Current Inactive Devices are the number of devices that are currently not reporting data.

  • A count showing the number of alerts triggered by inactive devices in the past 24 hours.
    • This card does not appear if Yesterday or a Custom is selected as the active date.
  • A comparison to the total count from the previous day.
  • A link to View Inactive Sensors Report in Statistics > Sensors.
  • A Summary, visible when you click the drop-down arrow, lists information as follows:
    • For an active location, this is a list of sensors that are inactive at that location.
    • For an active group, this the same count as is on the card.

Checklists

These cards appear on the Dashboard if your organization has implemented Checklists:

The List Completion card provides the following:

  • For a location, this is a count showing the number of lists that have been completed on the active date vs. the number of lists available; while in a group, this is the overall percentage of completion.
  • A percentage comparison to the counts from the previous day.
  • A link to View List Completion Report in Statistics > Lists.
  • A Summary, visible when you click the drop-down arrow, that shows counts by status:
    • Incomplete are lists that are available for completion, but have not been completed.
    • Completed are lists that have been completed.
    • In Progress are lists that are available for completion.
    • Not Started are lists that are not available for completion.

The Corrective Actions/Anomalies card provides the following:

  • A count showing the number of Corrective Actions that have been applied on the active date vs. the number of non-compliant answers that have been entered (A/K/A Anomalies).
  • A percentage comparison to the counts from the previous day.
  • A link to View Anomalies Report in Statistics > Lists.
  • A Summary, visible when you click the drop-down arrow, that shows the following counts:
    • Anomalies reported (non-compliance answers).
    • Corrective Actions Applied are the corrective actions taken when answering the list items.

Additional Cards

Other ComplianceMate modules, such as Messaging and Tasks, may have their own cards that they add to the Dashboard Highlights section. For more information on those cards, refer to the user guide information for each module.
